EPA - Lead-Safe Certified Firm

S&S Repair and Restoration has fulfilled the requirements of the Toxic Substances Control Act. (TSCA) Section 402, and has received certification to conduct lead-based paint renovation, repair and painting activities pursuant to 40 CFR Part 745.89.

IICRC Certified Firm

The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, more commonly known as the IICRC, is a certification and standard-setting non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning, and restoration industries. S&S has certified water technicians accredited by the IICRC.

Employees are background checked

S&S Repair and Restoration does background checks on it's employees. It is also a requirement of some of the insurance programs that we do business with.
