Do I really need to get 3 estimates?

No, not if you use S&S Repair and Restoration. We will work on the claim on your behalf, we will negotiate and navigate the process for you, so you don't have to. This will save numerous hours of stress and aggravation on your part. You will only pay your deductible and any upgrades to your selections that go above the Like Kind and Quality you originally had.

The insurance company gave me a check for $14,000. Can you do the work for this amount?

If you hire S&S Repair and Restoration, you will still only pay your deductible and if you need additional funds to cover additional damages, we will work with insurance to get unseen damages covered by your adjuster . The insurance can only pay for damages that they see. Our skilled estimators will see if there is anything else that was missed and important to fix in order to get your home back to preloss conditions.

Why should I use S&S Repair and Restoration vs a regular General Contractor?

Most General Contractors are not Insurance Claim Specialists and do not understand Insurance. We not only understand construction, but we also understand Insurance, municipal code requirements, insurance programs, plus fire and water mitigation standards.  An Insurance loss requires a keen eye, skilled estimators and general construction knowledge.  S&S has knowledge, tools and meters to find damage that no one else is looking for. Water, smoke and odor can hide in many places that no one is aware of. We are very thorough and have proper training. We know how to mitigate water and fire and technically and professionally.
